People find different solutions for headache. Most of them use the pain balms, tablets. Many of them use the spectacles while using the computer to avoid headache. Headache is caused by the reflection from the computer.
There are also various factors that can cause a headache like hearing loud music, continuous work without proper sleep, skipping meals, and stress. It is important for everyone to follow certain routines like eating meals regularly, and getting enough sleep to avoid getting a headache.
Doing meditation is also a good practices, not only to avoid headache but other health related problems and to improve concentration.
For those who use computers, it is not a bad idea to take a lot of breaks in between the work and doctors advice to look at an object in a long distance after one continuous hour’s work on the computer, since it is so close and might cause headache.
Also, it is not a good idea to keep taking tablets since those might be a temporary solution for a headache but they will not get the headaches to go away long term.
Too much mental stress also causes headache. Drinking coffee or tea while working continuously is not a good idea instead having a relaxing walk in case of stress is a better idea. If you get a headache once in a while it is fine, otherwise it is very important to consult a doctor rather than taking pills or applying the pain palm.

1. Drink plenty of water.
Your body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just a way to flush out toxins; if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This itself will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all!
2. Start your day with a glass of water.
As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It's a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water.
3. Drink a glass of water before you start a meal.
Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.
4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal.
Again this is another way of making yourself full so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it in one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.
5. Stay away from sweetened drinks, especially sodas.
